The Diploma in Executive Administration provides students with knowledge and skills in word processing, keyboarding, speedwriting, spreadsheet development, desktop publishing, machine transcription and professional office procedures with an emphasis on communication skills.
Graduates of this program will be prepared to function effectively in any of the following roles: Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Office Coordinator, and Executive Board Assistant.

Graduates will gain the following skills:
Demonstrate effective communication skills in writing and speaking in a business environment.

Demonstrate proficiency in keyboarding of business letters, memos, reports, and tables at a high level of speed and accuracy.

Work independently, with others, or in self-directed work teams to demonstrate effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills, attitudes, and work habits that contribute to organizational goals.

Apply principles of supervision and management in order to obtain maximum productivity from computerized systems in both traditional and automated offices, with appropriate emphasis on people, procedures, and equipment.

Use appropriate office procedures in the areas of records information management, calculator, telephone communications, incoming and outgoing mail, meetings and conferences, travel arrangements, and simulated projects.

Use word processing, spreadsheet, and database, presentation, and Internet skills to complete office tasks.


Introduction to Pc:
This course will cover an introduction to Computer, including the main computer parts and the main function of the computer.

Keyboarding
Using of Keyboard Keys and Figure placement using typing software .students will learn typing both in Arabic and English.

Communicating within Organizations:
Understand the framework of organizations.

Business Communication
The CEC Business Communication Certification equips the business professional with the best communication practices and develops business communication as a discipline.
This course module explores the study of the process of communication in the business environment, allowing us to understand how to make better choices in our day to day

Business Etiquette and Professionalism
The CEC Business Etiquette and Professionalism Certification develops the concept of business etiquette and the proper etiquette practices for different business scenarios. You will learn the etiquette requirements for meeting, entertaining, telephone and Internet business interaction scenarios.
Additionally, this course module addresses etiquette challenges when doing business in a multi-cultural environment.

Windows XP Beg.
Students will learn the main features of Microsoft Windows XP professional operating system.

File Organization:
Students will learn the principles and practices of establishing and using an efficient filing system.

Microsoft Office 2003:
Students will learn using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Outlook.

Business Writing:
Build the ability to prepare and properly use the most widely used business written communications.

Preparing Reports:
Students will learn how to present figures and statistical information within reports using systems.

Internet:
Students will learn the basics of internet as well as navigating websites.

Organizational Charts:
Organizational charts, also known as organization charts, are tree diagrams that illustrate the relationships among personnel, departments, or divisions in an organization.

Meeting Presentation:
Students will learn how to make a good meeting presentation and learn the main points to make it successful.

Time Management
Student will recognize sources of pressure and prevent them turning into stress. Improve efficiency and create more balance in your life. Implement effective methods for releasing more time and being more productive.

Customer Service
This course will provide the foundation for quality customer service and focuses on building life-long customer relationships by developing effective customer-care strategies.
